We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Temporary Clerical Assistant to join our team for 4 weeks. The successful candidate will be responsible for exporting data and documents, uploading them to a SharePoint site and/or a new HR system, and ensuring all documents are named accurately and consistently.

You will be exporting valuable data and documents from existing systems and upload them to our SharePoint site and HR platform, and ensuring every file is named and categorised correctly. Your attention to detail will be crucial as you handle sensitive information confidentiality. You will also assist with other clerical tasks as needed.

At the RSC we embrace flexibility and offer hybrid working, which means our teams come together when they need to collaborate. Although this role is contractually based at our Cambridge office, you will be able to work from home within the UK, with the expectation that you will attend the office as needed for your role.
