• Receptionists – Front of house for leading creative businesses. You’ll be the first point of contact, welcoming guests, handling calls, managing meeting rooms, and keeping things running smoothly.
• Runners – Support behind the scenes at production companies, studios, and edit houses. Expect varied tasks, from office admin to studio errands – no two days are the same.

You’ll Need:

• A proactive, can-do attitude and friendly manner
• Excellent communication skills and professional presentation
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to think on your feet
• Confidence using phones, email, and basic office tech
• Previous reception or runner experience (ideal but not essential)
• Availability for short-notice and longer-term bookings
