Temp Demi Chef de Partie / Chef de Partie Uppermill, Lancashire (7 Weeks) Were looking for an experienced Temp Demi Chef de Partie / Chef de Partie to join a modern British restaurant in Uppermill, Lancashire for a 7-week assignment.

Youll be working within a talented, friendly kitchen brigade, supporting a high-quality, seasonal menu that celebrates great local produce.
Youll need to be confident running your own section, keeping standards consistently high, and maintaining a calm, organised approach during service.
Experience in modern British cuisine is ideal, along with good communication skills and the ability to slot smoothly into a team.

As Demi Chef de Partie / Chef de Partie you will: Be responsible for working on all sections of the kitchen as required
