I'm looking for a highly organised Complaints Administrator to support a busy team during a period of increased workload. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and has strong attention to detail.
You'll play a key role in ensuring complaints are logged accurately and efficiently, helping the wider team maintain excellent service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Input and update complaints data into internal systems with a high level of accuracy Manage incoming information and ensure all records are maintained in a timely manner Support the complaints team with administrative tasks as required Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality Work collaboratively with colleagues across the businessTo be considered for this role, you will have:
Previous administrative experience within a regulated environment Strong data entry skills with excellent accuracy Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure Confident in using IT systems and learning new software Reliable, proactive, and able to work independentlyFurther details:
