Temporary Credit Control Administrator

Contract: Temporary (until end of March)

Location: Uxbridge (training period), then remote

Pay: £15-£17 per hour, depending on experience

We are currently recruiting for a temporary Credit Control Administrator to support our finance team until the end of March.

This role will be office-based in Uxbridge during the initial training period, after which it will transition to remote working.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting with credit control activities, including monitoring outstanding balances

Chasing overdue payments in a professional and timely manner

Updating and maintaining accurate financial records

Producing reports and supporting ad-hoc finance tasks

Working closely with internal teams to resolve account queries

Skills & Experience Required

Previous knowledge or experience in credit control

Strong IT skills, including confidence using Excel and finance systems

Good analytical skills with attention to detail

Excellent communication and organisational abilities

Ability to work independently once trained
