We are currently seeking a reliable and organised Temporary Administrator to support a busy team based in London. The successful candidate must hold a DBS check (preferably on the update service).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing general administrative support to the team
  • \n\t
  • Managing emails, data entry and document handling
  • \n\t
  • Answering calls and dealing with enquiries professionally
  • \n\t
  • Scheduling meetings and maintaining diaries
  • \n\t
  • Filing, scanning and maintaining accurate records
  • \n

Key Requirements:

    \n\t
  • A valid DBS check (essential)
  • \n\t
  • Previous administrative or office support experience
  • \n\t
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • \n\t
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • \n\t
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • \n\t
  • Able to start at short notice and commit to the full assignment
  • \n
