This is a key leadership role focused on driving telesales performance, appointment generation, KPI achievement and team development within a high-volume inbound and outbound sales operation.This role suits someone with experience in sales leadership, telesales supervision, inside sales or team management who thrives in a target-driven environment.We offer a competitive annual salary plus the opportunity to earn up to 40% of salary through commission and bonus, making this an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales leader looking to drive performance and maximise earning potential.About the RoleLead and support a Telesales Team focused on converting inbound and outbound enquiries into qualified appointments for the New Business team. Youll drive daily performance, support operational delivery, and ensure consistent achievement of sales targets.Key Responsibilities Lead and support a telesales team within a high-volume sales environmentDrive team performance to deliver consistent, high-quality appointment generationCoach, develop and support individuals through ongoing performance managementSet, monitor and deliver KPIs and sales targets in line with business objectivesMonitor performance trends, identify gaps, and implement improvementsSupport lead generation activity and ensure accurate qualification of opportunitiesMaximise CRM usage for accurate data, tracking and reporting. Provide clear performance updates and insights to stakeholdersSupport process improvement and operational efficiency across the teamAssist with recruitment, onboarding and training of new startersManage resource planning and attendance to ensure adequate team coverMaintain product and industry knowledge to support team performance.
