Telesales Executive – Payroll Solutions

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our growing team in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and is motivated by earning potential.
The Role
As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating high-quality appointments for our Business Development Managers (BDMs) by promoting our payroll solutions to businesses across the UK.

You will work with a mixture of warm inbound enquiries and outbound cold calling, engaging with decision-makers and identifying opportunities to support their payroll needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Making outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce payroll solutions
- Handling inbound enquiries and converting them into qualified appointments
- Booking appointments for BDMs with key decision-makers
- Building rapport quickly and identifying client needs
- Maintaining accurate records of calls and outcomes in the CRM system
- Achieving and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly targets
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 10:00am – 7:00pm
Salary & Benefits
- Basic salary: £27,500
- On-target earnings (OTE): £50,000+
- Uncapped commission structure

About You
- 2 years previous telesales, call centre, or sales experience preferred
- Confident communicator with excellent telephone manner
- Target-driven with a strong desire to earn
- Resilient and positive attitude, especially when handling cold calls
