OverviewTelesales Executive — WF2 (Office-Based) — Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 — £28,000 – £33,000 per annum + £3,000 – £4,000 annual commissionWe are currently recruiting for a driven and proactive Telesales Executive to join a growing business specialising in industrial products, services, and maintenance solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a warm client base while also developing new business across the North of England.The RoleAs a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for selling PPM (Pre-Planned Maintenance) contracts, as well as a range of industrial products and services. This is a full 360 sales role where you will manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through to closing deals.Key responsibilities include:Proactively contacting a database of 400 large, up-to-date clientsRe-engaging and converting previous spending customersGenerating new business through cold calling and outreachSelling maintenance contracts, services, and related solutionsBuilding relationships with clients across industrial sectors including:ManufacturingWarehousing & logisticsRetail & wholesalePreparing and sending proposals, quotations, and drawingsManaging activity and pipeline through the CRM systemReporting directly to the Managing DirectorAbout YouWe are looking for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a target-driven environment.Requirements:Proven B2B 360 sales experienceStrong communication and closing skillsConfident in cold calling and business developmentHighly self-motivated and proactiveDesirable (but not essential):Background in engineering, industrial, construction, or service-based industriesWhat’s on OfferCompetitive base salary (£28K–£33K)Realistic commission structure (£3K–£4K annually)Established client database to work fromFull training providedOpportunity to grow within the businessSupportive and direct reporting line to senior leadershipAdditional InformationOffice-based role in WF2Immediate start available, but we are happy to wait for the right candidateFor more information or to apply, please contact:Shannon Clough – Interaction Leeds0113 866 2042shannon.clough@irweb.co.uk #J-18808-Ljbffr
