Key Telesales Executive Responsibilities
Deliver against campaign objectives and achieve individual targets Conduct high-volume outbound calls and email outreach to generate leads Engage with key decision-makers to identify business needs and qualify opportunities Build and maintain strong client relationships to nurture leads and increase brand awareness Accurately record all activity and customer interactions within the CRM system Monitor performance and provide regular campaign updates to the Team Leader Carry out market research to support campaign success Collaborate with internal teams to share feedback and improve campaign performance
Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience in outbound telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role Strong communication skills with a confident and professional telephone manner Ability to build rapport quickly and influence decision-makers Target-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs Excellent time management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment IT literate, with experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Positive, enthusiastic attitude with a team-oriented approach
