Handle inbound and outbound calls, delivering a first-class customer experience Promote vehicles and related services effectively, maximising sales opportunities Respond to website and inbound inquiries, specifically within the rental division Maintain an in-depth knowledge of products and services to inform your sales approach Consistently work towards and surpass sales targets Build and nurture rapport with customers, fostering repeat business in the role of Telesales Executive

Requirements

Proven telesales experience in any industry, demonstrating the ability to succeed in a sales environment Strong communication skills with a confident and professional phone manner Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to overcome objections High attention to detail, especially when managing rental products and customer data Target-driven mindset, with the motivation to thrive in a dynamic environment No motor trade experience is necessary; full training will be provided for the right professional
