What You’ll Be Doing
Making outbound calls to warm and cold leads
Identifying customer needs and explaining our claims services
Guiding customers through the claims qualification process
Achieving daily and weekly sales targets
Maintaining accurate, compliant records of customer interactionsWhat We’re Looking For
Previous telesales or call-centre experience (preferred but not essential)
Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
Ability to work independently from home
Basic IT skills and access to a quiet workspaceWhat We Offer
