CNC Recruitment are looking for an experienced and confident telemarketer to generate high-quality enquiries and build relationships with architects working on premium construction projects.Location: Lopen, near South Petherton, SomersetType: Full-Time/PermanentHours: Full-time preferred, part-time considered (minimum 3 days per week)Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (depending on experience)About the RoleThis role is ideal for someone commercially aware, professional on the phone, and comfortable engaging with architects and decision-makers in the high-end residential market. The focus is on meaningful conversations that lead to genuine opportunitiesnot high-volume calling.The Role You will be responsible for developing a strong prospect base by contacting architectural practices, introducing our products, and generating interest in our services. The ultimate goal is to secure face-to-face meetings and create qualified project enquiries.Key Responsibilities:Contact architects and architectural practices to introduce the businessIdentify and reach the appropriate decision-makersBuild rapport and establish professional relationshipsGenerate and qualify new leadsAccurately record and manage activitySupport the wider team by maintaining a consistent pipeline of opportunitiesWhat Were Looking ForEssential:Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or outbound salesConfidence speaking with professionals and decision-makersAbility to navigate organisations and handle gatekeepersProfessional, credible, and engaging telephone mannerStrong communication and listening skillsExcellent organisation and self-managementDesirable:Experience within construction, architecture, or a related sectorInterest in high-quality materials or design-led projectsThis is not an entry-level role.
