Technology & Third-Party Resilience Manager

Bristol (Hybrid – c.1 day per week) | Permanent

A newly created opportunity for a Technical Resilience SME to join a high-profile Digital & Data Oversight function within a regulated environment.

This is a hands-on, individual contributor role where you’ll own and drive the technical resilience framework, embedding policy, improving adoption, and influencing senior stakeholders across technology, cyber, and the wider business.

Key Focus

• Own and mature technical resilience frameworks and policies
• Drive adoption, governance, and communication across the organisation
• Partner with senior stakeholders (incl. CISO, system owners, leadership)
• Ensure effective disaster recovery and resilience planning/testing
• Support major change programmes with resilience expertise

What You’ll Bring

• Proven ownership of technical resilience frameworks/programmes (not just contributor)
• Experience in a regulated environment (ideally financial services)
• Strong technical depth with the ability to translate for business audiences
• Confidence influencing and challenging senior stakeholders
