As we expand our innovative recycling services, we are seeking a Technology Business Partner to accelerate technology delivery and quality. This unique role combines the skills of business partnering, project delivery, and business analysis. You will be responsible for shaping and delivering technology-enabled solutions that support ongoing investment, operational efficiency, and a seamless customer experience for current and future customers.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who can build strong relationships, manage end-to-end delivery, and translate business needs into practical, scalable solutions.
About the role
Business Partnership
Act as the technology liaison for our recycling service portfolio, working closely with the recycle, commercial, operations and finance teams.
Identify opportunities for technology to improve service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Develop business cases for further investment in recycling technology platforms and services.
Support product strategy and prioritisation by aligning business needs with technology roadmap and budget.Design and implement short-term digital solutions that enable Recycle to respond quickly to market demand, while ensuring alignment with longer-term strategic objectives
Project Delivery
Deliver technology projects related to recycling services
Work with Project Managers to ensure technology elements and technology third-party suppliers and systems integrators deliver what is required
Ensure technology deliverables hit project milestones, timelines, budget, risks, and benefits.
Ensure solutions meet requirements, and deliver measurable value.
Business & Systems Analysis
Gather, analyse, and document requirements from stakeholders and operational users.
Map current and future processes, identifying opportunities for optimisation and digitisation.
Work with technical teams to define specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Support testing, user training, change management, and transition to operational support.

About you
Proven experience working in similar roles.
Strong background in delivering technology change in operational, logistics, orിക്ക് service-based environments (recycling industry experience is advantageous but not essential).
Ability to translate business needs into workable tech solutions.
Experience managing third-party technology vendors or service partners.
Excellent stakeholder免费观看视频 engagement and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, prioritise effectively, and manage multiple initiatives.
