Job Overview

This includes establishing effective governance and monitoring to ensure adherence to standards and procedures, developing controls and solutions, and providing guidance and support for architecture groups within each of Citi's line-of-business and function aligned technology organizations.

Team/Role Overview
The Architecture Governance organization is responsible for building out the capabilities and processes to ensure architecture standards being met, adherence to architecture principles, and alignment to Citi's architecture strategy
What you'll do
In this role, you will be handling the following (but not limited to) responsibilities:
- Innovate and optimize architecture review solutions, ensuring compliance through internal/external partnerships.
- Provide expertise to the Citi's Architecture Review Governance process.
- Drive adoption and standardization of architecture governance across the organization.
- Support the Technology Architecture Permits dashboards to ensure that accurate and current data is available for the Architecture Review Boards for decision making.
- Provide input to platform teams for automation and process enhancements, utilizing end-user feedback.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and cultivate collaborative relationships in architecture, engineering, and control, engaging with all levels of technology teams, architects, project teams, 2nd line and Internal Audits.
- Analyze data for critical control analysis and process effectiveness.
- Prepare executive-level communications on progress and proposals.
- Relevant experience, preferably within Financial Services or a large, complex, and/or global environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated experience with technology architecture concepts, processes, standards, and procedures, particularly in a governance function interacting with audit or regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a matrix environment, partner with virtual teams, and manage people.
- In dept understanding of coding standards, reporting and analytics preferably being able to develop as required.
- Capable of working independently, multi-tasking, taking ownership, and leading multiple large projects in parallel while consistently meeting objectives, goals, and commitments.
- Experience delivering within an agile methodology and understanding of SDLC.
