How you'll make a difference: As our Technology and Resilience Oversight Lead, you'll lead a specialist team responsible for providing independent assurance that technology and resilience risks are identified, managed and controlled within our risk appetite and regulatory expectations. You will lead on themed reviews on technology and operational resilience with the assurance that the right controls are in place, including our Core banking replacement programme our largest transformation programme in the Society's 150 year history.
