About The Role

We’re currently looking to recruit the very best talent and have a unique opportunity for a Technical Trainer to join our domestic service and operations area.

You will be responsible for writing departmental training, delivering the training and supporting our people once the training has been delivered to ensure it's been understood, processes are being adhered to ensuring our customers receive a great outcome and experience and that we remain complaint with industry regulations.

Core Responsibilities

Design and deliver engaging and quality training in blended environments suitable to learners to maximise the learning and improve employee knowledge, skills and behaviours.
