Technical Team Leader - Managed Service Provider Are you a hands-on technical leader with a passion for delivering exceptional IT solutions? We're seeking an experienced Technical Team Leader to join our client's growing MSP team. This is a dynamic role that combines team leadership, technical architecture, project delivery, and customer engagement. You'll be the go-to technical expert for customers and a driving force behind service delivery. What You'll Be Doing: Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a team of skilled engineers. Designing and delivering modern workplace and cloud solutions, including Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, and security. Managing IT projects from scoping through to successful delivery. Collaborating with the sales team on pre-sales, proposals, and solution design. Overseeing software licensing and vendor relationships. Acting as a technical account manager for key customers. What We're Looking For: Proven MSP experience in a senior technical role. Strong leadership and people management skills. Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, and security solutions. Excellent communication and customer relationship skills. Ability to balance technical expertise with commercial awareness. Enjoys working autonomously with real decision-making responsibility.
