This role will act as the key technical interface between the company and its customers, providing high-level support on products and systems, troubleshooting issues, and advising on system improvements and upgrades.

As the Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Providing technical support to customers via phone and email, resolving product and system-related queries
Diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical and controls-based issues
Acting as a product specialist, developing in-depth knowledge of systems and applications
Advising customers on system optimisation, upgrades, and new solutions where required
