Job Description

Robert Half has partnered with a distribution company based in Park Royal looking for a Technical Support Analyst to join the technology team.

You'll be the first line of support for systems, infrastructure and end users; handling everything from day to day troubleshooting to on boarding new starters and managing access, hardware and security.

This is a hands on role where strong technical knowledge, clear communication, and a methodical approach to problem solving really matter.

This role allows for lots of progression and with it being a smaller team it gives you lots of exposure.

Key Requirements:

2+ year's experience in a 1st line IT support or service delivery role Strong Windows Office 365 troubleshooting skills Good networking knowledge for user connectivity Experience with Active Directory User permissions and device setup Confident communicator who can engage at all levels Proactive, organised, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team

Role: Technical Support Analyst

Location: Park Royal (5 days a week on site)

Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 + 10% Bonus
