In this role, youll oversee a large commercial office in Central London, leading a team of 2 engineers to ensure high standards of service delivery, compliance, and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities Managing and supervising a team of 2 Multi-Skilled Engineers Overseeing daily operations across site Ensuring compliance with health & safety and industry standards Coordinating reactive and planned maintenance activities Acting as the main point of contact for client and on-site stakeholders Monitoring performance, reporting, and service delivery standardsRequirements Proven experience within Facilities Management Previous supervisory or team leadership experience Strong knowledge of commercial building services Excellent organisational and communication skills Right to work in the UKWhats on Offer £57,000 per annum No call out Overtime opportunities If you live in and around the London area, this could be the role for you.
