As Autel Energy continues its rapid growth across Europe’s EV charging market, we are looking for a technically savvy and customer-focused Technical Solution Specialist to join our team in London, UK.

What You’ll Do

Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during pre-sales activities, including preparing documentation, supporting bids, and addressing customer inquiries. Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and challenges, delivering tailored EV charging solutions and presenting our product capabilities. Develop solution designs, including site planning, product configuration, and system optimization; clearly define technical scopes in project documentation. Support prototype requests, testing, and product evaluations to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with specifications. Provide timely technical support to both internal teams and customers, ensuring clear, accurate information is shared. Work closely with product, engineering, and project teams to ensure seamless implementation and feedback integration. Analyze competitor offerings to strengthen our value proposition and support the sales team with actionable insights.

You Are

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution engineering, or customer-facing technical roles, preferably in EV charging or renewable energy. Strong technical knowledge of EV charging infrastructure, solution design, and site planning. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences. Comfortable managing multiple projects and collaborating with cross-functional international teams. Analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented with a strong problem-solving mindset.
