The Role As Technical Services Manager, you will oversee all aspects of mechanical and HVAC systems maintenancespanning heating, ventilation, water services, gas, air conditioning, and more. Youll lead a team of Maintenance Engineers and supervise external contractors to ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality delivery of both planned and reactive works.

Youll work closely with the Maintenance Manager and Built Estate Manager to develop and deliver a robust maintenance programme that aligns with performance and compliance targets.
