We are seeking a Technical Service Manager to join a team that sets the benchmark for quality, innovation, and excellence in the heart of London. \n \n About the Role: \n \n As the Technical Service Manager, you'll be at the helm of ensuring that all projects are delivered to the highest technical standards, while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
You'll play a key role in managing and enhancing technical service delivery, overseeing maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimizing the operational side of cutting-edge fit-out projects across a range of prestigious clients. Your role is essential in making sure each project doesn't just meet expectations - but exceeds them. \n \n What You'll Do: \n \n - Oversee and manage the technical delivery of all maintenance and service-related aspects of fit-out projects.
\n - Ensure exceptional quality standards across both on-site operations and client interactions. \n - Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery and resolution of issues. \n - Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a talented team of engineers and technicians.
\n - Stay ahead of the curve in the design and build fit-out sector by implementing best practices and innovation. \n \n What We're Looking For: \n \n - Proven experience as a Technical Service Manager, or in a similar senior technical role, ideally within the construction, fit-out, or design sectors. \n - Strong technical expertise, with a deep understanding of design and build fit-out processes, systems, and equipment.
