Job Description
Technical Services Manager - Building Fabric - Birmingham £55000. Mon - Fri 8am to 4pm.
You will be responsible for the Building, Fabric and Civil Maintenance on a large PFI healthcare site in Birmingham.
You will manage a team of Assistant Engineering Managers, Supervisors and Engineers to manage all reactive and planned maintenance which will include all internal and external building fabric work...
