\nJob Responsibilities:\n
\n Ensure full and timely progression of customer quotations.

Assist the sales team with technical clarifications and appraisals.
\n
Co-ordinate orders efficiently and effectively.
\n
Maintain and develop strong customer and supplier relationships.
\n
Ensure compliance with the quality management system.
\n
Handle all sales transactions in a professional manner.
\n
Accurately maintain all records and files.
\n
Undertake additional tasks as required.

\nRequired Skills & Qualifications:\n
\n Organised, self-motivated, and customer-centric attitude.
\n
Knowledge of electrical bulk materials or experience in a similar technical role, this is essential.
\n
Supply chain experience, particularly in the oil and gas sector, is advantageous.
\n
Effective communication and negotiation skills with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
\n
Proficient in computer applications, especially Excel.
\n
Able to work collaboratively in a small team and maintain composure under pressure.
\n
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
\n
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
