REClifts is currently recruiting for an experienced and commercially minded Technical Sales Manager on behalf of a well-established and forward-thinking lift engineering company based in London.

The Role: Technical Sales Manager - In this dynamic and technical sales role, you will:

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the lift and building services sector

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors

Conduct pre-sale site visits, technical assessments, and specification reviews

Deliver tailored modernisation and new lift solutions

Prepare and present accurate and competitive proposals and quotations

Provide technical product insight and consultancy during the sales process

Collaborate with project delivery and engineering teams to ensure successful outcomes

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and technical innovations

Represent the company at meetings and industry events as needed

About You: Technical Sales Manager

A proven track record in technical sales within the lift industry, electrical systems, or building services

Strong technical understanding of lift components and systems

Ability to interpret specifications and technical drawings

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

A proactive, goal-oriented approach to managing sales pipelines and closing deals

Experience managing projects from enquiry through to delivery

High level of IT literacy and professional presentation skills

A full UK driving licence (essential)
