Lead and support projects of geo‑membranes, water tanks, reservoirs and related infrastructure Collaborate with field sales teams to drive cross‑selling and solution‑based selling Manage a team of 3 direct engineering reports Generate quotations, manage enquiries, close orders, and maintain CRM records Work with technical and design teams to develop tailored client solutions Provide responsive troubleshooting and technical support Cultivate long‑term relationships with water companies and contractors Manage projects valued between 15k‑500k
Qualifications:
Experience selling to or working for water authorities / water utility companies Technical sales or engineering background (e.g., Project Manager, Contracts Manager, Sales Coordinator, Technical Sales or Technical Coordinator) People management experience preferred but not essential Engineering degree ideal Familiarity with AMP8 regulations Highly motivated, conscientious, pro‑active and organized approach
