Technical Sales Manager Sensors - Field-Based UK - £50-£60K plus car + bonus + good benefits

Are you a technically strong sales professional with a passion for sensors and engineered solutions?

Were partnering with a highly respected, international electronics solutions provider looking to appoint a Technical Sales Manager to drive growth across their UK Sensors portfolio.

This is a field-based role with home office flexibility, offering real autonomy and the opportunity to influence design decisions at engineering level.

The Opportunity

Youll take ownership of developing and growing the UK sensor market from design-in at engineering stage through to commercial account management.

Working with OEMs and design engineers, youll introduce advanced sensor technologies including:

• Temperature & environmental sensors
• MEMS (pressure, accelerometers, gas)
• Position & load sensors
• EMECH solutions (switches, interconnect, power)

This is a consultative, solution-led sales role where technical credibility is key.

What Youll Be Doing

• Proactively targeting and winning new OEM customers
• Driving design-in activity with engineers and technical teams
• Managing and growing existing strategic accounts
• Negotiating and closing profitable business
• Building a strong opportunity pipeline and delivering against revenue & margin targets
• Representing the business at exhibitions and industry events

What xbpsjku Were Looking For

• Proven technical sales or FAE background
• Experience selling sensors (2+ years preferred)
• Strong understanding of sensor technologies & applications
• Commercially astute with ownership of revenue/margin targets
• Engineering or Electronics degree (or equivalent experience
• UK driving licence & willingness to travel weekly

Youll be self-motivated, commercially driven and confident engaging both engineers and procurement stakeholders.
