Technical Sales Manager – Power Supply Modules\n\n Remote (UK) Travel to customer sites as required\n\nSalary: £50,000 – £60,000 depending on experience\n\nBonus: Performance-related bonus (13.5%)\n\nBenefits: Company car or allowance, Pension, Life Assurance, Income Protection, Private Medical Insurance\n\nReeVR Talent are working with a leading consultancy in the electronics sector who are looking to appoint a Technical Sales Manager to drive the business development of Power Supply Modules.\n\nThis is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven technical sales professional with experience in power electronics to take ownership of developing new business, supporting customer designs, and managing key accounts across multiple high-growth markets.\n\nThe appointed Technical Sales Manager will carry out the following duties;\n\nAs Technical Sales Manager – Power Supply Modules, you will be responsible for developing and growing the company’s power supply business through both new demand creation and strategic account management.\nYou will work closely with customers to provide technical solutions, supporting projects from initial design stage through to commercial delivery.\nDeveloping and executing a business strategy to create a sustainable pipeline of new opportunities and deliver against sales and margin targets.\nBuilding and maintaining long-term relationships with new and existing customers.\nProviding a solution-based technical sales approach, supporting customers during the design process.\nSupporting design opportunities for off-board power supplies across key sectors including industrial, medical, and military.\nIdentifying opportunities to cross-sell complementary technologies such as magnetics and other power-related products.\nManaging opportunities from technical engagement through to commercial account management. \n\nThe selected Technical Sales Manager will need to meet following key requirements for the position;\n\nTo be successful in this role, you will bring a strong combination of technical understanding and commercial sales experience within the electronics sector.\n\nEngineering or Electronics degree / HNC or equivalent industry experience.\nProven track record in technical sales or business development roles.\nMinimum 3 years’ experience selling power supply modules ().\nExperience within the electronics industry, ideally working with OEMs or distributors.\nStrong understanding of customer applications, markets, and industry trends.\nDemonstrable ability to build strong internal and external relationships.\nStrong IT skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
