Technical Sales Advisor (Parts) Northampton Permanent Full-time, Office-based £27 - 30,000 DOE, plus bonus Looking for a role where your technical mindset, customer focus and problem-solving skills can shine? As a Technical Sales Advisor, you'll be at the centre of the customer journey for clients in agricultural, construction and heavy plant machinery sectors. You'll handle enquiries, identify and source parts, prepare quotes and keep essential machinery moving. Key responsibilities for the Technical Sales Advisor: Handle incoming customer enquiries via phone and email Identify parts requirements for plant, construction and heavy machinery customers Source parts from suppliers and conduct online research Prepare accurate quotes and follow up on enquiries Process customer orders efficiently and accurately Build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, suppliers, and key accounts Provide first-rate product support and take ownership of technical enquiries.
