Technical Sales Advisor - Nottingham - Pipe and Climate Centre

As a Technical Sales Advisor based in our Nottingham branch, you’ll be responsible for:
Serving customers on the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
Speaking to suppliers to source and get quotes on cost for parts, materials and special order items for customers.
Completing general warehouse duties, including picking and packing orders, putting away deliveries, and merchandising displays to a high standard.
This is a full-time permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 with 1hrs break. No weekend work required.
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
Technical knowledge on Climate products or merchant experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Proven experience in sales or customer service role.
Excellent communication skills and confidence in customer interactions.
Dependable team player, prepared to support in all areas of the branch with a strong work ethic.
Eagerness to learn, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
