The Role Reporting to the General Manager, and collaborating with the Compliance Manager this is a pivotal role in championing technical and quality assurance standards across the business. You’ll work closely with a internation QA function, and with UK customers to ensure that all products meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and legislative compliance.

You’ll take ownership of technical excellence and driving continuous improvement across the full product lifecycle, from new product development to launch and post-launch evaluation. This includes managing customer complaints, leading audit, and staying ahead of emerging legislation.
