You will act as the vital bridge between Product strategy and Engineering execution. This role is suited to someone with strong delivery ownership who understands the nuances of market data, data platforms, and high-volume processing systems. You will own quarterly planning, OKRs, and execution, ensuring our senior engineers can focus on building rather than coordinating. If you excel at bringing order to complex technical environments, we want to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesPlanning & Delivery: Lead quarterly planning and OKR definition. Own end-to-end delivery plans, meticulously accounting for technical dependencies, risks, and constraintsCapacity & Flow: Manage team capacity and workload planning to drive realistic, predictable outcomes. Track sprint progress, identify risks early, and proactively unblock the engineering teamStakeholder Alignment: Partner with Product and Engineering to define scope, priorities, and pragmatic delivery approaches. Translate complex technical requirements into structured, actionable delivery roadmapsProcess Engineering: Establish and evolve our Agile delivery processes, governance, and reporting standards. Drive continuous improvement in execution discipline and team efficiencyIn this dynamic role, your focus shifts to where you are needed most. You might start your morning reviewing delivery progress and identifying risks, spend the afternoon partnering with engineers to unblock a pipeline issue, and end the day aligning stakeholders on priorities for the next sprint.RequirementsRequired Skills & ExperienceExperience: 3-6 years in Technical Project Management, Scrum Master, or Programme Delivery rolesDomain Knowledge: Hands-on experience working with data platforms, data engineering teams, or market data systemsMethodology: Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery methodologies.
