Role Summary We are hiring a Technical Project Manager to lead and scale our Client Delivery function while directly managing the successful delivery of our most critical client implementations. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in B2B SaaS environments who is comfortable working hands‑on with technical concepts such as APIs, SDKs, and event‑driven systems. Key Responsibilities
Own end‑to‑end delivery of client onboarding and loyalty programme launch projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met. Act as the primary technical project lead for client implementations, coordinating across stakeholders and managing dependencies. Translate client business requirements into structured, scalable technical solutions using the platform. Work closely with engineering teams to guide and oversee client integrations, including APIs, SDKs, and event‑driven architectures. Define and implement delivery frameworks, standards, and processes to improve consistency, scalability, and efficiency. Identify, manage, and mitigate delivery risks, proactively resolving blockers and ensuring smooth execution. Collaborate cross‑functionally with commercial, product, and client success teams to align on priorities and outcomes. Lead the evolution of the Client Delivery function, including tooling, documentation, and operational processes. Plan for and support the hiring, onboarding, and development of future Client Delivery team members. Mentor and support team members, fostering a high‑performance, delivery‑focused culture. Ensure successful client launches and drive strong long‑term adoption of the platform.
Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience in a technical project management role within a B2B SaaS environment. Strong understanding of APIs, SDKs, and event‑driven systems. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business requirements. Experience in defining and implementing project delivery frameworks. Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to risk management. Experience mentoring and developing team members.
