Technical Project Manager- event production / air and defence

Role:
Interpret client briefs, providing both commercially viable and technically sound quotations in a timely manner.
Work closely with clients ahead of events, ensuring all necessary details are covered and we are fully prepared
Oversee the smooth execution of AV installations both pre-show and on-site, ensuring the highest quality and exceeding client expectations.
Manage project costs to ensure high profit margins while maintaining exceptional quality
Support the management of the Virtual Studio, ensuring proper scheduling and documentation protocols
Develop project timelines for both client-facing and internal use to ensure all key deadlines are met.
Lead the on-site management of crew, external contractors, and equipment as needed.
Ensure all health and safety standards are met and that necessary briefings are held for on-site teams.
Logistics Coordination: Liaise with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure event preparation schedules and kit loading processes are handled efficiently.
Business Development: Engage with clients and stakeholders to help grow existing accounts and seek new business opportunities
Experience:
Previous project management experience within the air and defence sector, or a similar highly regulated industry, is essential.
Experience managing large-scale, high-profile corporate events, conferences, and exhibitions.
A strong background in managing audio-visual and technical installations for live events or exhibitions.
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Knowledge of and experience with health and safety standards, especially in the event or technical installations sector
