What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities
Overall management and coordination of a technical programme, managing a portfolio of multiple inter‑dependent projects.
Work closely with Engineering Leads to support the Software Development Lifecycle, understanding work dependencies and complexities, and coordinating effort across teams.
Partner with Product Leads to maintain real‑time visibility of client needs versus internal capacity, proactively identifying risks of over‑commitment.
Own relationships with external parties such as vendors and payment schemes, ensuring high‑standard service and holding them accountable.
Provide key reporting and metrics for delivery progress, tracking against plans.
Continuously monitor processes and implement improvements.
Requirements
End‑to‑end Project or Programme Management experience, ideally within a technology or financial services environment.
Proven experience working directly with Engineering and Product teams to deliver complex technical solutions in the SaaS sector.
A disruptive, hands‑on and adaptable approach to programme delivery, thriving in a flexible, fast‑paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience communicating complex technical topics.
Strong interpersonal skills and a creative problem‑solving ability to navigate ambiguity and technical hurdles.
Technical fluency to communicate effectively with Product and Engineering teams.
Interview Process
First interview – conversation with a Technical Programme Manager to discuss the role and your fit.
Second interview – discussion with two executives.
