What you will do

Lead agile ceremonies and sprint planning to ensure engineering teams stay focused on high-priority delivery goals. Triage technical issue queues and route bugs with full context by understanding APIs, databases, and system components. Manage project scope proactively by identifying blockers, assessing feasibility, and pushing back on feature creep to meet deadlines.

The ideal candidate

3-6 years of experience delivering software projects, preferably with a background in both structured engineering and startup environments. Highly technical literacy with the ability to read codebases, understand technical documentation, and navigate CI/CD or release management. Proven mastery of project management tools like Jira or Linear to track complex workstreams and surface risks early.
