Responsibilities
Lead delivery of medium-to-large mixed-use residential projects through RIBA Stages 4-6
Chair design-team meetings, workshops and site reviews
Coordinate internal architects and external consultants, maintaining programme and budget
Produce and audit Revit models, drawings and specifications to BIM Level 2 standards
Advise clients on Building Regulations compliance, fire safety and sustainability targets
Skills & Experience
ARB and RIBA chartered with 2+ years post-Part III
Proven track record on residential projects above £25 million construction value
Revit expert, competent in AutoCAD, SketchUp and 3ds Max
Strong written and verbal communication, able to lead client conversations
In-depth knowledge of UK Building Regulations, NHBC and relevant British Standards
