The Howden Group Holdings (HGH), Group IT Enterprise Architecture (EA) function is responsible for aligning the Group’s technology strategy with the overall business strategy via three service pillars:

1. Reviewing and governing the solution architecture for all change deliveries, ensuring integrity of the

Howden Group are embarking on a number of strategic systems and technology transformation initiatives for its Business units and regions across the globe. The Technical Programme Manager will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of technical solutions/initiatives under the Group/Enterprise Architecture umbrella.

The Technical Programme Manager will report into the Head of Technical Delivery.

Role Overview: The Technical Programme Manager will manage the delivery of technical solutions, integrations, and systems as part of strategic Enterprise Architecture initiatives. This role requires a background in Finance ERP/GL implementation, with Workday Financial delivery experience being a bonus. The ideal candidate will have excellent senior stakeholder management skills and will take over end-to-end IT delivery ownership, aligning and working with a third party/consultancy implementing Workday Financial configuration, and internal delivery teams responsible for data ingestions (Data Lake) and integrations.
