For over six years, we have been providing sellers and their customers with unique eBay seller protection, fast delivery in Germany and the UK, and fulfilment across the EU.

Position Overview

To support and develop our products both locally (Europe) and globally, we are looking for an experienced Technical Product & Project Manager with a strong technical background in product management and development. German (C1+) and English (C1+) are essential.

In this role, you will lead and support initiatives aimed at enhancing both seller and buyer experience. You will analyse the end-to-end customer journey, manage and deliver projects, and oversee partnerships. You will also ensure seamless technical integration and support with eBay and third-party multi-channel providers (such as Base, JTL, Plentymarkets and other ERP systems).


Key Responsibilities

· Manage, monitor and drive progress on critical projects addressing escalated issues from European teams

· Gather requirements, drive automation, and propose enhancements to the seller portal, website and information architecture, improving the overall seller and buyer journey

· Report into the European Head of Product (UK-based) and collaborate closely with HQ and international teams to align objectives and deliver results

· Expand and manage our partner portfolio for ERP and platform integrations, including selection, liaison and finalisation with third-party providers

· Provide technical issue resolution support by investigating and troubleshooting system challenges (APIs, ERP systems, integrations)

· Act as a technical and product expert for Customer Service and Business Development teams

· Support the creation of materials for seller onboarding and ongoing seller success

· Lead continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with Customer Service teams

· Partner with Business Development and Key Account Managers to optimise and streamline seller onboarding processes

· Leverage expertise across WMS, OMS and multi-channel solutions to deliver tailored business solutions

· Provide product development insights based on local e-commerce market trends and align internal systems with market needs


Qualifications (Must-Have Requirements)

· Degree and/or professional experience in IT, Digital Business or a related field

· Experience within e-commerce and logistics; experience in product development or product marketing is highly desirable

· Solid knowledge of web services, SQL, APIs, BI tools and log analysis, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German (C1+) and English (C1+)

· Currently based in the Greater London area with the legal right to live and work in the United Kingdom
