About the Role:

* We are hiring a Technical Product Delivery Manager for a leading global financial markets data organization.

* This role sits at the intersection of Product, Business, and Engineering, where you will drive the evolution of a real-time, low-latency market data platform that powers critical systems across the organization.

* You will act as the voice of the customer, working closely with multiple engineering squads to define, prioritize, and deliver high-impact product capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

*

Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap, aligned with business goals

*

Act as the voice of the customer, translating business needs into clear technical requirements

*

Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring priorities are well-defined and actionable

*

Work closely with 3–4 engineering squads to drive delivery and ensure alignment

*

Collaborate with Agile Delivery teams to support effective sprint and quarterly planning

*

Engage with stakeholders across product, engineering, and business teams

*

Track and analyze product performance metrics to guide decision-making

*

Maintain a strong understanding of the end-to-end platform ecosystem

Required Skills & Experience:

*

Proven experience in Product Management / Product Delivery / Technical Program Management

*

Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

*

Hands-on experience working with engineering teams in Agile environments

*

Solid understanding of modern software systems, APIs, and platform architecture

*

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)

*

Exposure to real-time or low-latency data systems

*

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

*

Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics for product decisions

Nice to Have:

*

Experience in financial services / market data / trading platforms

*

Exposure to distributed systems or high-performance platforms
