We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Full-Time Technical Pool Service Engineer to join our specialist team, focusing on high-end service and complex diagnostics across the UK.

The Technical Pool Service Engineer Role:

Based in West Sussex, you will be responsible for the advanced maintenance and repair of sophisticated luxury swimming pool systems nationwide. This role demands a high level of technical proficiency and commitment to delivering the highest standard of customer care.

Key Responsibilities of the Technical Pool Service Engineer:

  • Carry out routine annual services, maintenance, and expert pool cleans.
  • Perform accurate and thorough diagnostics on complex pool plant equipment (heating, filtration, dosing, control systems).
  • Demonstrate the ability to identify issues and resolve them efficiently on site, minimising downtime for the client.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication, ensuring timely and accurate job reporting and liaison with the Service Office.

Desirable Knowledge/Skills:

  • A comprehensive understanding of pool systems and their components.
  • Strong water chemistry and filtration knowledge is highly advantageous.

What We Offer:

  • A valid UK driving licence (essential).
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel and stay overnight across the UK as required.
