You'll be embedded inside one of the world's leading global technology organisations, working within a team that manages strategic relationships with publishing and news partners — across a suite of internal content and media products.

You sit between external publishing partners, offshore vendor teams and internal engineering, product and legal teams. You make sure the right issues get to the right people — fast.

The package:

• Annual Salary of £108,000 doe
• 12-month contract - likelihood of extension
• Inside IR35 - PAYE - Paid every Friday via PrincipleHR
• Work model: Hybrid - 3 days onsite - Central London

What you'll own:

• Publishing partner onboarding and ongoing support
• Offshore vendor oversight and escalation management
• Internal routing — engineering, product, legal, trust & safety
• SOPs, documentation and operational workflows
• Metrics tracking and operational improvement

What you'll need:

• Solid 5-8 years of Partner Operations or vendor operations experience — essential
• Client or publisher onboarding background
• Programme or project management skills
• Tech industry background
• Publishing or media experience — strong advantage
• Organised - metrics-driven - confident communicator
