JobSummary Ensureteammembersarecontinuallyimprovinglevelsofservicedelivery,drawingonindustrybestpracticesettingahighbenchmarkfortheFMstodelivertoineachrespectivearea.Ensurecontinualclientfocusacrossallareas.

KeyResponsibilities BetheprimarystrategicandoperationalsupportpointfortheAccountDirector Overseealloperationalactivityacrossthecontract.

Overseeandfulfilallclientreportingactivities.

Managetheteamtoatransparentsetofsharedobjectives.

Managetalentrecruitmentandretention,includingtrainingrequirementsandperformancemanagement.

Drivesuperioraccountperformancetosupporttheclientbusinessandcontractualobjectives.Developshortandlongtermobjectivestoenhanceservicedeliverylevels,measure,deliverandreportagainstthese.

Ensurefullcontractcomplianceonoperational,risk,andcompliancematters Measurethecontractsperformanceagainstagreedtargetsandscorecardcompliance Leadbyexampleinallsupplypartnerrelationships,ensuringallteammembersaremanagingandpartneringwithvendorsprofessionallyandefficiently,buildingbestinclassrelationships.
