Join our in-house services team to support customers across network, server, and security technologies. You will manage engineering schedules, assist with project scoping, and provide occasional help desk support. Responsibilities Manage bookings for the engineering team (pre- and post-sales) Liaise with customers regarding schedules and confirmations Ensure return of signed scoping documents Book hotels and flights for engineers Support project managers with scoping requests and documentation Follow up on Risk Assessments and RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statements) Deliver cabling test results to customers Manage equipment bookings, survey kits, and internal library Help Desk Support (as required): Call triaging, ticket allocation, and prioritisation Monitor and update ticket statuses Check Pro Monitoring / Managed Firewall tickets Requirements Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal xehkeey and communication skills Able to multi-task and work under pressure Attention to detail with a growth mindset Strong desire to learn and develop professionally Team player Full driving licence and car (required) Salary Basic salary £26,000 to £30,000 depending on skills and experience
