Do you have a background in leading the technical agenda for a fast-paced food manufacturing site?

Are you experienced in managing all technical aspects to ensure legal compliance and retail customer legislation?

MacGregor Black is partnering with a food manufacturing business on the search for a Technical Manager. This is a perm role based in the Midlands.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for product quality, safety, integrity and legality.
Accountable for the technical and quality assurance function of the site meeting company, legislative, customer and 3rd party accreditation standards.
Ensuring that the Technical Team is trained and fit for purpose.
Ensuring that the company’s quality systems are fully compliant with current standards and customer requirements.
Maintenance and Leadership of the HACCP and TACCP Plan.

What We're Looking For:

BSc in Food Science, Technology or a related field.
HACCP Level 4.
