We are delighted to be recruiting for a Technical Manager, within S&S Plastics, part of the Eurocell Group of companies based in Sutton in Ashfield.

The Technical Manager is responsible for overseeing injection moulding, technical and maintenance activities, leading and developing a skilled team and implementing CI initiatives to reduce manufacturing down time.

The ideal candidate for this role will have extensive knowledge of injection moulding and tool design with experience of leading, mentoring and developing a technical team.

WHAT OUR TECHNICAL MANAGERS DO:
Work closely with Management and SHE team to implement and embed best safety practice
Ensure all Technical team colleagues are properly trained in safe work practices, LOTOTO and emergency response protocols
