Overview We are currently recruiting for a Technical Manager on behalf of a market leading consultancy, specialising in recovering tenant utility costs including communal heating and hot water, cooling, gas. electricity and water. The provide an outstanding billing service for providers of communal and district heating networks. Established over 10 years, they invoice over 5000 customers monthly, exceeding £35M in utility charges with industry leading recovery rates. Their clients include major blue chip and industry leading businesses across property management, retail, healthcare, engineering, manufacturing, professional services and domestic housing markets. The ideal candidate will come from a District/Communal Heating background and have experience working with AMR systems. This is a permanent position working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. The salary is paying £45k - £55k per annum. Perks include company vehicle, up to 10% company bonus paid annually, pension, 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays etc. This role is reporting to the Salford office. They have a large client base in London so you would be expected to travel to London a couple of times per month.
